SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. In this context, you may request to be informed of the appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO in connection with the transfer.

2 Right to rectification
You have the right to have your personal data corrected and/or completed by the data controller if the personal data processed concerning you is inaccurate or incomplete. The data controller must carry out the rectification immediately.

3. right of cancellation
You have the right to delete this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the above address if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

The right to deletion does not exist if the processing is necessary:

Furthermore, the right to limitation of processing, the right to information, the right to data transfer, the right to object, the right to revoke the data protection consent.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority or data protection supervisory authority (§§ 42 ff. KDG) about the processing of your personal data.

Contact/booking requests

In the case of inquiries via our contact or booking form, we process the personal data voluntarily provided by you exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry, answering it or contacting you. The data collected in this context will be deleted after final processing if there are no legal or other storage obligations.
